AR Glass Project
Project overview.
This project delivers an integrated platform around AR glasses: a mobile app, a backend integration layer, and an AI agent powered by Gemini. The goal is to deliver real-world wearable experiences, not just prototypes.
Even with unstable hardware interfaces and unclear manufacturer-side documentation, we built a solid app that reliably works with the glasses. The system is engineered with resilient device communication, practical fallbacks, and high-confidence operational flows.
- Gemini-backed AI agent integration
- Live translation in the glasses experience
- Mobile app + backend orchestration architecture
- Current milestone: glasses video streaming output
Innovative execution under
real hardware constraints.
Each project moves through a sequence of carefully scoped phases. Here's how this one came together.
Hardware uncertainty
The hardware partner in China was still experimenting, and documentation was incomplete or frequently changing.
AI + translation pipeline
We integrated a Gemini-backed AI agent and live translation workflows while keeping latency and reliability practical for real use.
Streaming roadmap
We are currently building video streaming through the glasses so third-party video calling apps can consume the feed.
Could be the next case.
Tell us what you're building — we'll figure it out together.
