RecruitX was a revolutionary recruitment platform that eliminated CVs in favor of instant interviews. Built with Meteor and React, it was selected for the 2016 Web Summit — the first Sri Lankan startup to achieve this milestone.
The platform matched candidates to employers in real time, enabling immediate video interviews without the traditional screening pipeline. This radical approach required a completely rethought technical architecture built for speed and scale.
